Objective
Replace an outdated brochure site with one built to make booking a first appointment feel simple and low-pressure.
The challenge
The fictional practice's existing site buried its treatments in dense text, gave no sense of the clinic itself, and made booking feel like an afterthought.
Design direction
A calmer, editorial layout — treatments grouped by what a patient is actually trying to solve, a clear practice introduction, and one consistent booking path repeated at every natural decision point.
What we'd build
